Have simple questionnaire structure, with specific question sets and a wide range of scales available for the question answers (Yes/No, Green/Red, Score-based scales, Custom scales, etc.). Additional free text, comment and remеdial fields available for addition to each of the questions, as well as photo attachments.

Movement tracking (Location Based, NFC tracking and Beacons)


FM Software offers different ways for movement tracking of the security guards – the device’s geo location access, the usage of NFC tags or usage of beacons. All ways guarantee the auditor’s visit on site. The information is tracked in real-time and displayed in maps to show the route every user has taken and if the tasks had been completed.

Risk Actioning


Customizable option to raise Risk APRs from audit questions. When a specific question from an audit is answered with lower score, an actionable Risk APR/task is created with its input details, allowing the users to work on closing it – to provide the needed documentation and information to resolve the issue. Additionally, special emailing is used to alert the different level of managers of the risk and its status – if it is not closed/resolved in 7 days it is send to specific managers, if in 14 days – to others, in 21 – top level managers and so on until its status is set to Closed. A Special dashboard is also created to track their statuses, also based on the different contracts.

Risk Evaluation


Gives a detailed view of the vulnerability in specific areas of crime. The risk is measured, based on public data from the UK Police, official statistics and also internal information from incident reports across serviced locations. All these factors, and many other ones, can be set with specific weightings and also to require specific actions, based on specific risk level, all depending on the client’s needs.
